Agreement to Terms

By using Qimi QR App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the app. If you use the app on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

1. License to Use

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Qimi QR App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Copy, distribute, modify, or reverse-engineer the app
• Use the app for unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized activities

2. App Functionality

Qimi QR App enables you to:

• Scan QR codes quickly and securely
• Generate custom QR codes
• Save, export, or share results

We are not responsible for the content or safety of any third-party websites or information accessed via scanned QR codes.

3. Data Collection

We may collect limited technical and usage data to improve the app, including:

• Device model and OS version
• Crash reports and performance logs
• Anonymous usage patterns

All collected data is used solely to maintain stability and enhance functionality.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Some features may require in-app purchases or subscriptions.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal
• Payments are securely processed by Apple's in-app purchase system

5. Updates

We may release updates to improve performance or add new features. Continued use of the app after updates indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

Qimi QR App is provided "as is", without any warranties. We are not responsible for damages arising from the use or inability to use the app.

7. Termination

Access to the app may be suspended or terminated if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or harmful activity.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable local laws. All disputes will be handled under the relevant jurisdiction.
